Keystone Capital is a seed stage angel fund that provides funding and support to US startups. We partner with exceptional teams with real technology looking to build transformative yet capital efficient businesses. The domain of interest includes Enterprise Software, Consumer eCommerce, Healthcare, AI & Machine Learning, Robotics, and other technology areas.
We typically invest in startups that have a founding team with in-house development capabilities. We expect to see some product development already underway prior to funding. Market traction is not a mandatory requirement for our initial investment. We do expect to see initial traction using our initial investments, and this is our key criteria for providing follow-on investment. We prefer companies with a significant technological component that forms a meaningful barrier to entry.
We are actively involved in our startups, assisting the founding team in strategy, business development and follow-on funding.
