KEXY is a pre-rev startup with users in over 50 countries. We are a small startup in a fast paced environment and being able to adapt and adjust on the fly is critical within our organization. We recently got selected to be a part of the wonderful Techstars accelerator program and are looking forward to scaling and growing rapidly. Our work style is that of responsibility, maturity, and fun... Basically, we don't want to hand hold or micromanage people. If we feel that we are having to do that, it means we definitely hired the wrong person for the position, as we really like to give autonomy to individuals to create, explore, and break stuff!
