At Kepler, we're building a network of devices to help Australia's largest retailers better manage their staffing, and help you as a customer get help from staff when you're shopping. Our devices detect the behaviour of shoppers in stores over the course of the day by scanning for the presence of smartphones in the area, and triangulating the positions, movement, and dwell time of shoppers in large retail spaces, helping retailers understand where more staff are needed to help, and which times of day.
