Businesses spend a huge amount of money in acquiring customers through marketing, but when those customers reach their websites or apps, their engagement with the business is very low. In many cases they find it hard to locate even basic information they need, leave alone some advanced interaction they might want to do, and they leave the website or app within 1 to 2 minutes. A recent survey shows that 70% of website visitors wish they have a live customer support agent to help them 24x7. For businesses, it amounts to almost 40% of revenue lost. We are trying to solve this by creating intelligent bots who can talk to customers and deeply engage with them through a personalized high-quality human-like experience.
