• Design, build, and operate a per-workload sidecar proxy that intercepts outbound API traffic and applies authentication, credential, compliance, and audit controls
• Implement process-isolation controls using Linux namespaces, cgroups, separate user identities, ptrace restrictions, protected memory, and secure credential cleanup

• Build and operate backend platform services supporting API access, event routing, workflow execution, machine identity, and immutable audit records

• Implement process-isolation controls using Linux users and permissions, namespaces, cgroups, ptrace restrictions, protected memory, and explicit credential cleanup

• Build and operate platform services supporting API access, Kafka-based event routing, workflow execution, machine identity, and immutable audit records
• Design event-driven workflows that convert PSA webhooks, RMM alerts, and platform events into durable execution using Kafka and Temporal

• Define and drive architecture for Java-based platform services, distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven applications across multiple product areas
• Lead complex technical initiatives that span multiple engineering teams, services, and business domains

• Build agentic AI workflows that interpret PSA and RMM signals, coordinate vendor API calls, and support automated decision-making across customer environments
• Develop behavioral anomaly detection models using workflow activity, credential usage, tool-call sequences, and cross-platform interaction patterns

• Partner closely with GTM and Finance leadership to analyze financial performance, operating metrics, and unit economics, incl. ARR, renewals, expansion and cost drivers.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related areas of study

• Architect and develop multi-tenant cloud-native networking and security solutions in public, private cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Optimize traffic steering, policy orchestration, and security enforcement.

• Own product features or systems through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through launch, adoption, and retirement
• Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to define product needs, priorities, and roadmap inputs

• Define and drive multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Kaseya's corporate objectives.
• Identify market opportunities through customer engagement, competitive analysis, industry trends, and data-driven insights.

• Contribute original, high-quality, engagement-driven content from concept to delivery
• Ensure consistent tone, style and messaging across each content type (e.g., MSP Success Digital, MSP Success Peer and MSP Success website)

• Design, build, and maintain IAM platform services and APIs
• Develop integrations between identity providers, authorization systems, and SaaS products
