• Travel to customer facilities and lead inspection, installation, and servicing visits for Kargo’s customers.
• Install Kargo towers and other hardware products at customer facilities.

• Develop the end-to-end experience for AI-powered products, including data pipelines, backend services, and user interfaces for interacting with the Kargo platform.
• Build and evolve Kargo’s customer-facing dashboards and applications, creating intuitive experiences that help users understand and act on complex logistics data.

• Own and execute Kargo’s growth marketing strategy across the full customer lifecycle, using data-driven insights to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion.
• Provide tactical growth and marketing support to our sales team to unlock new opportunities to our largest accounts.

• Develop high-performance C++ software for machine vision and AI systems running on edge devices.
• Build and improve computer vision features using 3D perception and AI technologies.

• Network Security Architecture & Engineering

Design and implement secure network architectures across cloud, on-premise, and edge/IoT environments.
Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, NAC, and secure remote access solutions.
Evaluate and deploy new security technologies and controls.

• Develop revenue-generating strategic partnerships to help grow Kargo across existing and new product lines.
• Identify and incubate areas of potential development and growth where we have potentially strong product/market fit.

• Work with Account Executives and commercial leadership to drive outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and communicating our value proposition to decision makers.
• Leverage prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision makers at new accounts.

• Identify and recruit partners aligned with our core markets in the logistics and automation space who can benefit from adding autonomous inventory monitoring.
• Work alongside our sales team to navigate complex enterprise deals, ensuring the value proposition of real-time warehouse visibility is clearly communicated.

• Support sustaining engineering for existing products.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to map the client’s journey before and after the implementation of Kargo. This includes, but is not limited to: process maps, flow charts, spaghetti diagrams, and photographed documentation of client cargo/freight types.
