Every month an email is sent to your team with a link to an anonymous team feedback form.

Each team member gives feedback for each of their coworkers in the form of Start - Stop - Continue.

Examples:
- Start delegating to other team members
- Stop criticizing other’s work
- Continue to exceed deadlines

Once every team member submits their feedback reports are sent to each team member outlining what their coworkers would like to see them start doing, stop doing, and continue doing.
