We hire slowly and in small numbers: at under ten people, every recruit changes the shape of the team. The current priority is Customer Success. Our rooms are installed in universities and higher-education institutions across France, and the difference between a network that keeps expanding and one that stalls is whether the first campus actually gets used. That is the job. Whatever the role, we look for the same things: people who are curious outside their own lane, as comfortable near the hardware as near the software, and able to write clearly to a dean. Most roles are based in Marseille with a few days of remote work per week, and involve going to see rooms in use rather than reading reports about them. One hard requirement across the board: our customers are French institutions, so fluent written and spoken French is needed for any customer-facing role.
