Jobs at Kai XR

Kai XR creates safe pathways to the Metaverse for students. Our mission is to use Metaverse technologies to expose students to global educational opportunities so they can be prepared for a highly technical future. We do so by creating educator tools that promote 21st-century learning skills. These tools include kid-friendly content, lesson plans, Metaverse makerspaces, professional development, and more. We aim to give 1M kids access to Metaverse technologies by 2030. By 2024 the United States is expected to have a 50% shortage of tech graduates. Meanwhile, the digital divide continues to grow wider each day as students in underserved communities lack access to basic tech such as laptops and Wi-Fi. Kai XR’s mixed reality SaaS platform serves as an entry point to emerging tech for students. We pique children’s interest into emerging tech by using our 360˚ field trips where they can explore the world while learning new, in-demand tech skills. Our educational resources offer educators, parents, & students an accessible path to become early adopters of virtual reality, augmented reality and mixed reality. Kai XR is committed to empowering a diverse workforce to fill the emerging roles of tomorrow, by creating inclusive and accessible tech opportunities, today. What we look for in team members: - A self-directed and flexible work style. We trust you to do your best work, when and where that may be and to make decisions in line with company goals and values. - Comfort working in a distributed team across multiple time zones. Also, a commitment to over-communication and documentation to allow the Kai XR team to work well asynchronously.
