We're a NYC in-person team with a strong team culture. Unlike most engineering jobs where you're hidden in a basement with a sad Jira board, we work in a sunny, and beautiful office by Washington Square Park (and we exclusively use Linear). Junior is changing the way billions of dollars are invested every year. We're looking for opinionated engineers who are excited to make an impact and shape product decisions. This is also a very external facing role, so you should genuinely enjoy connecting with clients and explaining complex ideas with clarity. If you've gotten your hands dirty with LLM models in production and get excited about elegant design, you'll fit right in.
