Videos grab attention, bring authenticity, build trust, have better engagement and conversion rates and have already become the primary medium of consumption for the non-English speaking audience. To us the combination of the video led talent discovery using videos in vernacular languages is the most effective way to cater to the demand for talent, for the next 500 million Indians.

The founding team includes graduates from IIT B, IIT KGP, ILS, and premier art institutes. The team is a mix of serial entrepreneurs, first-time entrepreneurs, and investors. They have successfully built and managed companies at scale.
