We are building a SaaS web platform that helps companies make better hiring decisions. We use predictive analytics, machine learning, and psychometric assessments to assess the specific characteristics that drive success in positions that our clients are hiring for. We organize and analyze the hiring data to make recommendations and predictions about the applicants success before a person is hired. Our product then validates the accuracy of the predictions and continuously improves as more data is collected. This Closed Loop Hiring process allows us to be more accuracy then anyone else on the market.

Our solution is built using MySQL, MangoDB, Django REST, and VUE and we run in the Amazon cloud (AWS).
