Culture and benefits at Joompa

We hire adventurous, open-minded individuals who aren't afraid to try new things and break the mould. We're not particularly concerned with whether they have an existing passion for fitness - we're pretty confident they'll find our enthusiasm infectious enough for that to change quickly. COVID has meant that we gave up our co-working space and we now work from home, using smaller zoom calls for more concentrated problem-solving and convening at the Founder's home for electric brainstorming sessions once or twice a week, inevitably followed by a few beers and a mildly competitive pool tournament.
