JóòMah careers
JooMah is a smart applicant tracking and recruitment platform for enterprises in Africa.
Our platform uses a machine learning algorithm to automatically identify the best job applicants in any applicant pool. We developed JooMah out of a need to provide African employers with an affordable but highly advanced applicant screening platform to replace current practices of receiving candidate resumes via email and manually managing the recruitment process.
Very few employers in Africa can afford legacy applicant tracking systems that also tend to be quite complex to use. Most recruiters get inundated with hundreds of CVs from job candidates via email. What JooMah does is to use a computer model to instantly sort through hundreds of candidate profiles to identify the ones who best fit the employer’s needs.
The result is that recruiters can now save 95% of their time and money when it comes to identifying the best candidates to call in for an interview.
