We’re building Locals — an “Airbnb for dinners” where people can host intimate home-cooked meals for small groups of 8–12 guests. Instead of noisy, repetitive restaurant outings, Locals creates warm, authentic dining experiences that connect people over food. Our platform makes it simple to discover, book, and attend these gatherings in your city.

Trust & Safety in Peer-to-Peer Dining – How do you make it safe and comfortable for people to open their homes and share a meal with strangers? We’re designing robust verification, community guidelines, and reputation systems to build trust from day one.

Matching Hosts & Guests – The magic of Locals lies in the mix of people. We’re tackling the challenge of pairing the right diners with the right hosts using smart recommendations and social discovery.

Scaling Authenticity – Unlike restaurants, every Locals experience is unique. Our challenge is to grow globally while keeping experiences intimate, high-quality, and true to the spirit of “dinners that feel like home.”
