Our algorithm matches the most relevant employers to employees based on professional qualifications, professional wishes, personality, and corporate culture. With just one click, skilled workers apply to employers that directly receive the applicant profile in their JOBMATCH.ME application management area.

Over 230,000 specialists & 1,500 business customers have already registered during the proof-of-concept phase. The applicant platform is free of charge for skilled workers; the usage is chargeable for employers.

With our first three verticals, Logistics (including Truck Drivers), Care, and Social and Education, we have selected sub-markets that amount to B€ 1.7. The companies are already spending more and more money on recruiting due to the lack of specialists and shrinking population, so we expect growing demand in the next few years. At our proof of concept market, Truck Drivers based in Germany and Austria, we already have 30 % of all drivers registered at our platform.
