Jobs at JisrHR

At JisrHR, We’re on a mission to make work-life simpler, more pleasant and more productive for everyone, employees and managers. This mission starts with our own team. We’re building a strong and diverse team of competent, creative and committed people who want to be a part of something impactful. Our employees are not company assets, they are the company itself, and the most defining factor of its success. We know this for sure: if we want to be the best, we have to hire the best. Hence, we strive to provide the best value to our team by offering competitive packages in the market and relevant to the countries in which we operate. We achieve this through: Rewards: We believe in rewarding our team members for doing their jobs well to empower them to achieve success by meeting — and often exceeding — clearly defined and measurable objectives. Compensation: Our compensation philosophy supports our business and people strategies, and our culture of meritocracy. At JisrHR we always are looking to attract and retain top talent to be competitive and win in the marketplace.
