Jinn Studios careers

Jinn Studios is not a recruiting agency or dev shop. We are professionals who hold each other to the highest standards. We collectively interview and vet other professionals who wish to be known as Jinns. Jinn Studios helps Engineers consolidate contracting concerns, such as compliance, licensing, business insurance, contract negotiation, AR Management, and more.

Jinn Studios has the absolute highest standards for who can use the label "Jinn". But Jinn Studios does not manage, assign work, oversee, or perform any other actions that would classify it as either a Recruiting Agency or Dev Shop. At the closest, a number of fellow Jinns may contact each other to ask if they wanted to join them in a contract. So while some Jinns may prefer to work with vetted fellow Jinns, it is not a scheme controlled by any Jinn "Manager".

Every Jinn is a well vetted Engineer. Engineering is a term Jinn Studios uses as a protected title. That means it is not a title given by some hiring manager. It is a term earned by understanding the principles of engineering within the Jinn's specific industry; Typically: Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Quality Engineering, and other IT-adjacent fields related to programming.
