Culture and benefits at Jexia

We believe in a transparent and trustful environment where responsibility and ownership should be with the people. We don’t have a hierarchical culture by default and have adapted to a community culture in which we strive for continuous open and constructive feedback and sharing knowledge with each other. Every Jexian has relevant information and ideas to share, or solutions to initiate #takeaction. We encourage everyone to be critical, challenge ideas, and provide constructive feedback and we believe you will share this mindset with us. We want to make technology simple and accessible, to empower people and communities worldwide. It sounds simple, but it means that with everything we do, we have to keep this in mind.
