Battle hardened patent pending extreme-environment miniature integrated smart-sensor system/edge computer, purpose-designed and tested to monitor/audit/image equipment vibrations, motions, maneuvers, sounds, impacts and physical changes (imaging) using AI/ML. Uses include: Preemptively identify equipment maintenance problems; Monitor, analyze, and report equipment use/abuse and proximate/direct munitions blasts. Provide remote real-time status and analyses.

Base unit: Under cigarette package size. Blast-hardened waterproof vapor-proof design can mount on rotating/kinematic/static equipment. Custom retrofit sensors connect "dark" equipment.

Sensors: Broadband extreme G’s vibration; gyroscopes; accelerometers; magnetometer; UV/Visible/IR imaging; and broad frequency audio. Can add emitters and other sensor inputs like temperature, pressure, proximity, toxic/explosive gasses, radiation, and more.
