We are seeking a passionate and motivated Fundraiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating funds to support our initiatives. You will play a key role in helping us expand our impact by identifying new funding opportunities, building relationships with donors, and organizing fundraising campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to support the Jantara Foundation’s mission Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, businesses, and organizations Organize fundraising events and campaigns to engage the community and raise awareness Collaborate with the team to create compelling donor proposals and presentations Maintain donor records and provide timely follow-up and communication Monitor fundraising performance and report on progress to the management team Requirements: Passion for social causes and a strong belief in the mission of Jantara Foundation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet fundraising targets Prior experience in fundraising or sales is a plus Creativity in developing fundraising ideas and campaigns Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Benefits: The competitive Stipend of ₹5000 per month Performance-based bonus Flexible working hours and remote work options Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on society If you are passionate about making a difference and want to contribute to a noble cause, we would love to hear from you!
