Participating in District weekly L1 (level 1) meetings, relaying and coordinating all Ministry of Education and Child Care communication regarding outages, updates, upgrades, and new feature roll-outs to District users.
Supervising the support of MyEd and Parent Portal for the District's internal and external users.
