Jahangir Auttlika Builders ltd (JA Builders Ltd) is a Privet Limited construction company formed under the company act,1994 of Government of Bangladesh. The company has successfully operated in the Savar area under the Detailed Area Plan (DAP) of Dhaka for the past five years working on both small- and large-scale construction focusing on residential contracting. With the business boom that is occurring in our local area and the desire to improve overall profit margins, the company is planning to shift its target market from residential clients to larger commercial & residential customers. This business plan will lay out our goals and tasks to make his transition successful and create enough market shares to succeed in this highly competitive market.
Today, JA Builders has taken on the role of the main contractor for small to medium size projects and performs project management services to coordinates specialist trades for Residential/commercial projects. We also provide design inputs and engineering solutions as value-add services to our clients. Our objective is to provide our clients with an “I am assured” experience when we are chosen to execute their projects. Our emphasis on clear communication and follow-through procedures ensures that the client’s objectives are top priority in the planning and execution of all our processes.
