IVY makes it easy for managers and other stakeholders to understand the health of their business by turning lightweight employee inputs into highly informative outputs. We compile a real time database of each company (e.g. the business' DNA) to deliver efficient, targeted reports to managers and leaders. Because of the the business DNA we compile, IVY also easily integrate into other applications and can serve as a single hub for all your employee and company related data.

IVY is currently being incubated within VaynerMedia, a social-first digital agency founded by Gary Vaynerchuk, and is used by VaynerMedia’s 600+ employees. The need for IVY originated from our seething hatred of timesheets, a desire to scale VM in a rapid but fiscally responsible way, and as a response to the unintuitive existing business software stuck we felt were in the 90s. IVY is also being used by a handful of companies beta-testing the product.
