People at iVention

After leaving the corporate world to stay home with my young son, I had felt like a part of me was missing. While I loved being home with my son, my independant and driven side felt like it was lacking. I knew I did not want to go back into a corporate environment, and that I did not want to leave my son. I stumbled upon iVention, by way of hiremymom.com. First interviewing you with the owner and a manger, I felt excited. From having one of them hop off the call to deal with a needy child, to how they spoke about being very family focused.Now working with them for a little while, I am so beyond grateful to have found such a wonderful group of people I can call my co-workers. Not only am I able to work during nap time and after my son goes to bed, if he wakes up from a nap early, he gets to join me on the call! Its amazing. Not only with the job being so flexible, I enjoy the people, and most of all, I love what I get to do. I get to fulfill my professional side, all while raising my son full time.
