My concept is to provide a platform that facilitates learning a particular IT topic based on publicly available content complete with peer to peer contributions.

Picture a table of contents to learn a topic, with each “page” being an informative and relevant UTube video or blog post. Then picture a discussion forum tied to each page with relevant exchanges from technical peers. Lastly, there would be the ability to add brief notes to a page. The ability to take notes are the key to retaining information.
