It used to be that business needs drove the organizations IT path but in today’s technology world its vice versa, with IT often driving businesses forward or possibly holding their potential back. Understanding how to effectively design, manage, and then re-engineer an architecture to keep up with the multi-faceted changes happening daily in the IT realm is not easy. Having one person, or a small team, is often not enough to keep up with both the day to day operations, manage network security, provide basic helpdesk functions, and provide high level CTO support – most SMB’s simply cannot afford it.
