iRobotX careers

iRobotX project began in 2017 with a small group of entrepreneurs based out of Calgary. The mission was to take a great leap forward in developing Personal Humanoid Robots (PHR) that are safe, capable and affordable for the average consumer.

PHRs navigate on two legs and are capable of walking up and down the stairs. They can manipulate objects with two human shaped hands sensing pressure and touch. Using stereo vision the environment is reconstructed in 3D and using semantics they can identify objects in the scene to predict real-time actions.

iXOS is a Real-Time Operating System designed for humanoid robotics. Its architecture includes a Decision Making Process with Skills and Task Management System generating real-time motion planning for navigation and manipulation.
