• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in critical infrastructure operations (data centers, substations, industrial power, manufacturing, or similar environments).

• 12+ years of progressive mechanical engineering experience with deep specialization in HVAC and cooling systems — including air-side cooling design, cooling distribution, fluid system engineering, thermal modeling, and CFD analysis — within data center, mission-critical, energy, or industrial infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in spare parts, materials management, reverse logistics, RMA management, after-market operations, procurement, or supply chain management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or materials management, with significant experience managing technology OEMs and hardware suppliers.

• Basic Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Construction Management, or related discipline, or equivalent experience. · 3+ years of Technical Project Management experience. · Experience supporting delivery of technical infrastructure projects. · Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering and operational teams. · Experience supporting integrated project schedules. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of industry experience and tertiary qualifications in project management is desirable.
• Qualifications in an engineering discipline or demonstrable experience and technical knowledge in data center infrastructure.

• 12+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including significant experience hiring for cloud computing, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for cloud/infrastructure providers or hyperscale environments — you understand the talent market for roles like cloud engineers, solutions architects, SREs, network engineers, and related infrastructure functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in data center capacity planning, supply chain planning, or infrastructure planning, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally at a hyperscaler, cloud provider, or AI infrastructure company.

• Basic Qualifications:

Experience: 8–10+ years as a Solution Architect, Systems Engineer, or Infrastructure Architect handling enterprise cloud, HPC, or AI environments.
AI & Hardware Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with high-density GPU nodes (NVIDIA HGX/DGX/Blackwell), Linux bare-metal virtualization, and RDMA networking (InfiniBand/RoCE v2).
Orchestration & Storage: Proficiency with Kubernetes, container networking (CNI), and parallel file systems (Lustre, VAST, Ceph).
Customer-Facing Execution: Proven ability to lead complex technical workshops, present to C-suite executives, and resolve high-stakes production bottlenecks.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HPC system architecture with proven expertise in designing, deploying, and managing HPC clusters.
• Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes, with a focus on its integration within HPC environments.

• Design, implement, and operate production software systems from initial design through long-term maintenance.
• Own services across environments (local, pre-prod, and production), including deployment via GitOps workflows (e.g.,ArgoCD).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• P.Eng. registration in Texas (registration in Oklahoma would be an asset).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• P.Eng. registration in Texas (registration in Oklahoma would be an asset).

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution with at least 5 years of experience in Data Centers and/or mission critical facilities design, construction or operations
