Our company is trying to change the way big companies work by giving them a tool to evaluate and measure their workers´ development. We want to help any company with manual labor workers to have the best relationship with their workers, as well as a clear, detailed dashboard that shows not only in which areas they´re working and improving, but also in which areas they need training, in order to help the company working better in every aspect, and to give their workers the best environment possible. We are few people working on this software, and we need more proactive people wanting to create something different, that helps not only companies but people too, and helps people becoming better at what they do, while becoming better persons.
