A two sided market place to make residential housing market efficient

Until now, there have only two options - Traditional and Online / Hybrid estate agent.
But both of them are limited. Traditional agents charge a high commission fee for an often poor quality and impersonal experience and online and hybrid agents who list on sites like Rightmove and Zoopla.

However, these online agents lack direct access to buyers, which hinders their sales ability and makes them even less effective for sellers than traditional agents.

We addresse both of these existing limitations and makes life easier for everyone.
Buyers join our community (there are currently over 3,000 of them) and tell us what they’re looking for. Then, together with our local agents we match them up with sellers whose homes meet their requirements. A little bit like a dating app.
Buyers gain access to unique opportunities they wouldn’t find elsewhere. And sellers get their property in front of more relevant buyers.
