We have been approached by one of the largest Restaurant REITs in the USA, willing to test market a couple properties on our site.  We also have access to premium off market properties like restaurants, retail, etc. Our goal is to offer our investors hassle free properties, with a guaranteed return. No construction, no rehabs, no mixed use properties. We specialize in corporate backed single tenant premium brands or Triple Net Leased (NNN) properties. (ie- Walmart, Burger King, Ross)

Our target market for investors falls under the new Texas Intrastate Crowdfunding law ($5000 max), accredited investors nationally (SEC), and foreign investors internationally (EB5 program).
