Hi! Felix here and I am a real estate investor in New York City. This month Im looking to take on 5-10 people to join my team. At Roxarious Investments we are looking for Dynamic, Motivated, Driven, Independent, and Hard Working people. While there is no experience required, any knowledge in this industry is always a plus!

Now I will personally be training you and teaching you all I know. I will be providing workshops, education and mentoring services among other things to help you in the business. This can be a full or part time position- it all depends on how hard you're willing to work and what fits your lifestyle.

So to briefly explain a little about the business here goes: One of my focus in the real estate is in a little area called "lease purchasing".
