Jobs at Inventory and Payment Solutions

What hard problems are we trying to solve? Currently, shop-owners in India do not manage their inventory levels and face a recurring issue of shortage of products with walk in customers. Also, certain shop-owners lose money annually due to expiration of goods in inventory as they do not track inventory expiration dates. Shop-owners do not use an order management system for delivery orders and rely on word of mouth for confirmation which causes a lot of bad customer experiences with respect to home deliveries. The company plans on helping customers i.e. shopkeepers and wholesalers with order and delivery management. What’s great about the culture? I believe in responsibility and accountability. I plan on giving my co-workers full authority to take decisions with respect to the business areas they are responsible for and expect them to utilize this freedom to make decisions to help the business grow. Additionally, everyone will be held accountable for their decisions and work together to analyse why certain decisions worked and some didn’t. Innovation and disruption are welcomed in this company. If you have ideas, big or small, please come forward so that we can make India the best country to live on this planet. About me- I am an engineering graduate of Purdue University,USA. While in college, I interned for Larsen & Toubro and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Gurgaon, India during the first two summer holidays. My third internship was with Volvo Group Truck Operations in Maryland, USA. My final internship was with Halliburton in Texas, USA. After completing my undergraduate studies in 2014, I worked for VMware as a software consultant in Atlanta for 2 years. I decided to move back to India last year when I realized that I was unable to contribute to my country’s growth into a superpower.
