We're automating the thing that really pisses off students. Job applications. A typical student will fill in between 25-30 internship/graduate job applications whilst they're 'studying' at university/college. These application forms ask for almost identical information about the student's grades, personal details and extra-curricular activities. And with no other alternative, students slog through these application forms, taking an average of 2 hours each to complete. Internster will allow students to browse jobs/internships, apply for them and track their progress - all in one central platform. We are building code which completes the vast majority of the job application on autopilot, allowing the students to focus on what matters. What matters is what the employers actually look at - the longer motivational questions. There is a huge market for this long-awaited solution. Over 250,000 students applied to the Goldman Sachs summer internship program last year, this is just the world's 18th largest bank. And they all did this in the same archaic manner - manually typing in the requested information. On the recruiter side, the majority of applicant information is processed by computer. Why shouldn't it be inputted via a similarly efficient process?
