Culture and benefits at Intelligence Security Laboratories

Our team comes from government, intelligence, the military, and the tech industry. A few things we have in common: -Hardcore but feelgood. We are ordinary people living in extraordinary times, and we are stronger as a team than any of us would be alone. -Relentless accountability. When one of us is responsible for something, nobody has to worry about whether it will get done. That does not mean being perfect. When there are unexpected challenges, you flag them quickly and we resolve them together. -Aggressively fast-paced. Those who would attack and steal AI systems are keeping pace better than those who would defend them. We move as fast as humanly possible to catch up, while keeping the quality of our work high and a reasonable work-life balance intact. -Strong security culture. Security is not only the subject of our research, it is how we run ourselves. Everyone feels personally responsible for upholding it, reports potential problems quickly, and is empowered to improve how we do it. -Low ego, high empowerment. We are still actively building how we work together, and whoever joins next will help shape it.
