IntelliBooks is building the next-generation automation platform for small businesses across the UK. Today, millions of sole traders and partnerships struggle with bookkeeping, tax filings, missed deadlines, and confusing financial obligations. Existing tools are outdated, fragmented, or built for large companies — not the everyday self-employed person.

We are solving this by creating a unified, intelligent system that makes financial management simple, accurate, and stress-free. Using AI, automation and secure open-banking data, IntelliBooks aims to remove the complexity of managing accounts, staying compliant, and keeping up with constant regulatory changes.

Our goal is to empower individuals and small business owners with a platform that handles the heavy lifting in the background, so they can focus on running and growing their business. We’ve completed the full UX/UI design in Figma, built our AWS backend infrastructure, and are now developing our front-end web and mobile applications.

We are now looking for a technical co-founder who is passionate about automation, AI, and the financial tooling space — someone who wants to help build a product that will genuinely change how individuals across the UK manage their finances.
