Inspired Capital Fund, LLC will embark on a strategy of acquiring, rehabilitating, servicing and selling 1-4 family single family home notes, with a goal of achieving industry-leading, risk adjusted returns for its investors. ICF’s investments will be made in residential mortgages that are in or near foreclosure.

The Fund primarily acquires residential mortgage loan portfolios at a substantial discount (typically 30% - 50%) of the current market value whereby instantly creating value of the underlying asset. The Fund then deploys the best determined exit strategy based on the individual loans to achieve above market returns. The Fund’s investment objectives are characterized by low purchase-to-value ratio’s and a moderate investment horizon of three to five years.
