The Account Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day client accounts and internal project teams. This person is focused on excellence in delivery — to ensure accounts and projects run smoothly, achieve the highest creative standards, and get results.

The DevOps Lead is responsible for leading and managing our development work across the team and company, in partnership with the Web Development Lead. The role is a combination of management and hands-on web development, in partnership and coordination with other team members.

• Tier One: Thought leadership (I.e. written or multi-media content) that offers novel, thoroughly researched insight into relevant topics (e.g. emerging technology, business transformation, industry trends, etc). - Tier Two: Taking that thought leadership one step further, they will use content and client work as collateral to gain media contacts, interviews, and speaking opportunities.- Tier Three: Developing proofs of concepts or low-fidelity prototypes that tease our capabilities and prowess for developing innovative, effective products.
