80% of POC say they look for diverse and inclusive environments when deciding where to work. However, press releases and DEI commitments don’t tell the full story. Inside Voices is making diversity transparent by giving jobseekers access to anonymous, employee reviews.

The MVP is built and available to beta users. We’re currently in conversation with VCs about pre-seed funding and awaiting responses from several accelerators. Looking for a cofounder who believes in the mission and wants to build a category defining company.
