Inshorts (previously news aggregator NewsinShorts) is a content consumption and discovery app which provides news and other content in 60 words.
It works on a simple concept of providing all the necessary information related to one article in just one screen space, so that there's no need of swiping. The articles are selected and edited by professional in-house editors, who ensure that only the most relevant facts, free from any opinions are passed on to the readers.
It was started in 2013 with the aim of keeping people informed, by presenting news in an easily consumable format. In 2 years of its inception, it has over 2 million users and is the highest-rated news app on Google Play Store.
