Innomium hires for work that has to stand up in the real world—not slide-deck AI. We are a remote, research-minded engineering company. Open roles span product platforms, LLM and agent systems, computer vision, research and evaluation, data, cloud and GPU infrastructure, reliability, product design, and technical growth. You may work across Agency client programs, Arena, Compute, or public research artifacts—always with ownership beyond the first demo. How we hire We care about evidence of craft: repositories, shipped systems, models, evaluations, technical writing, and clear judgment. A generic cover letter is optional; a concise note about problems you have owned is better. Interviews are focused conversations about your work, a role-specific technical or portfolio discussion, and a final collaboration/scope conversation. We avoid speculative take-homes; if an exercise is needed, it is bounded and relevant. Location & work style Roles are remote and open to international candidates, subject to time-zone overlap, contracting or employment availability, work authorization, and local requirements. We confirm eligibility early. Compensation Ranges and benefits vary by role and jurisdiction. We share the applicable structure before you invest in a long process—transparency before sunk cost.
