Health insurance
All full-time employees are eligible for 100% medical, dental and vision insurance (for employee). We offer four metal tiers via Anthem, and both Dental and Vision insurance are via Principal.
Short term disability insurance
All full-time employees are enrolled in a short term disability plan via Principal. This plan provides partial wage replacement should they experience a temporary injury or illness that prevents them from working.
401k
All eligible full-time employees may enroll in the company’s 401k plan through Human Interest.
Paid parental leave
Infinitus provides paid parental leave to employees following the birth, adoption or foster care placement of a new child. We believe that it is healthy and important to take time off to bond with a new child.
Stock options
All eligible full-time employees will receive stock options as part of their offer of employment.
