A highly successful European Mobile Advertising Company is expanding into South East Asia and focussed on assisting advertisers finding the best media that matches their product. With a young and professional team, they created and expanded partnerships with advertisers and publishers. The team develops highly versatile mobile advertising campaigns in over 36 countries worldwide and specialises in mobile display B2C, CPI, CPL, CPA models, mobile search and direct response campaigns. The Business Development Manager in Singapore would be responsible for growing Southeast Asian market opportunities and will take care of the value chain for promoting mobile and online campaigns and building up and expanding partnerships. The Business Development Manager will work within the Key Account Team and reports to the VP Sales in Europe. JOB DESCRIPTION • Generates sales and establishes new accounts in Southeast Asian markets; • Develops business relationships and network with potential partners and clients in the mobile advertising ecosystem; • Evaluates potential deals based on market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; • Negotiates contracts and closes deals; • Maintains keen awareness of industry trends and emerging players; • Works closely with headquarters on product feedback and development; • Protects portfolio company’s value by keeping information strictly confidential. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree; MBA will be a plus; • Proven sales skills, substantial interest and work experience in mobile marketing/advertising; • Familiarity with mobile advertising ecosystem and business models; • Traditional advertising agency or media buying experience will be a plus; • Established connections with specific industry players, such as publishers, SSP, DSP, advertising agencies, in Southeast Asia; • Strong presentation skills; • High energy level and out-going personality; • Familiarity and comfort with early stage work environment; • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus; • Must already be based in Singap
