Incelligent develops products for achieving the vision of "knowledge-based and predictive management of wireless broadband networks".

Predictions are generated from highly-heterogeneous input data, which can be classified as network-related (e.g., QoS offered, performance KPIs) or non-network-related (e.g., date, area, events, weather, etc.). Most advanced machine learning and predictive analytic techniques are used, in order to generate foresights, regarding the situations to be addressed by the network. Then the network behaviour is proactively configured (e.g., SON algorithm selection and configuration, topology optimization, spectrum allocation, traffic management, etc.). Infrastructures can be multi-vendor and heterogeneous, i.e., involving 3GPP and WiFi technologies. Studies and pilots in hot-spot areas have been conducted (and more are pursued).

Target customers are operators and/or vendors.

Results indicate considerable revenue increases and cost decreases.
