• Constantly seek ways to make our recruitment process more efficient and effective.

• Implementing the overall marketing strategy for 2025 in Q1 & Q2, making sure it fits ITP’s goals and growth ambitions.
• Leading our event strategy in both BE and NL, together with the Marketing Officer, who handles execution.

• Running digital campaigns, especially ABM, and making sure our content gets out on the right channels towards the right audience.
• Coordinating both in-house and external events, tracking ROI, and making sure they align with our goals.

• As a part of the team, you’ll take part in the continuous development of the products that are in the care of your team.
• Day to day, this means developing new user stories, fixing bugs, create & review pull requests, documenting your work (code comments, readme, confluence,..), perform research, make suggestions for product improvements and communicate clearly about your progress.

• Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and values.
• Start-up new (European) studios, where you take a leading role in deploying all aspects of HR in the local entity.

• Understanding the current digital business challenges companies face.

• As a part of the team, you’ll be taking part in the continuous development of the products that are in the care of your team.

• You'll closely collaborate with ML Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, and Software Engineers to define, implement and improve use cases that are enabled through machine learning. You are responsible for the life-cycle of the AI solution. This includes designing, developing testing, improving deploying and scaling the model that is used. There will be a focus on MLOps and the ability to scale modern NLP applications both in amount of users and data. But you don't do this in a vacuum. Rather, you're part of a multidisciplinary team where every member is equally responsible for the product's success.
