We empower organisations undertaking transformation to be able to execute their transformation using in-house resources with a lower upfront investment and higher return; and at the same time put personal purpose and opportunity back into the workforce culture. The software lies at the intersection of idea/innovation management software, change management and project management and has inbuilt LMS capability and AI to monitor failure risk with actions to mitigate and AI that measures people and ways of working, with inbuilt actions suggestions that result in increased skills and change in behaviour. We use our tried and tested MVT™ (Minimum viable transformation) method, which is akin to an MVP (minimum viable product) in new product development, and have created software around it that integrates the technical execution and the separate people skills, ways of working and behaviour components into a single process. This means lower upfront investment in a business transformation, creating a small scale version of the bigger transformation vision in a short space of time, ensuring the benefits are measurable achieved and then being able to scale rapidly, at the same time as upskilling and engaging the workforce.
