Run daily operations: caregiver ratios, hygiene and safety SOPs, opening and closing checklists, and emergency protocols.* Hire, onboard and shadow-train caregivers, with background verification before any shift. Build rosters that cover no-shows, surges and last-minute bookings.* Run safety, hygiene, staffing and brand audits, and own corrective actions and compliance documentation.* Own partner relationships with malls, hospitals and hotels, including revenue share, renewals and new site scouting.* Drive demand generation for each Nest: on-ground outreach to offices, retailers, residential communities and schools, local activations and partnerships, and tracking which efforts bring bookings.* Own app usage (check-in, logging, attendance), monthly reporting and core KPIs: check-ins, revenue, utilisation and repeat visits.* Resolve parent concerns quickly and follow up on low ratings.* Staff and manage event-based childcare and surge periods.
