We are in the process of prototyping a platform that encompasses five major service categories including:
• Member Services – Provides ability for members to monitor the status of their contracted services, track implementation timelines, issue and track support requests.
• Application Services (SaaS) - Provides a complete and secure property management software system under a single, easy to use, cloud computing platform, including owner/tenant portals and mobile device applications.
• Back Office Services – Provides members a means to outsource certain back office processing activities such as bill processing, invoicing, vendor compliance, and call center.
• Strategic Services (PaaS) – Provides the capability to integrate with 3rd party applications that may serve a specific market function such as marketing, tenant screening, print and mail services, or other ecommerce solutions.
• Cloud Services (IaaS) - Provides members the means of reducing other technology hardware costs.
