Iconic Steps is a video training and production company, we work with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds helping them to build their video production skills, confidence and presentation skills alongside helping them enter the film and TV industry.

We also film video content for clients, using our young people. Our clients receive a high quality product and the young people build up their portfolio while receiving an extra income.
